Our 2008 Summer Season under our new director, Clair Neamand, is now concluded. Although it was brief, it included our first ever appearance at Coca-Cola Park for the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs, the Cicada Festival at beautiful Mt. Gretna, and our highly successful season ending concert at the Zoellner Performing Arts Center with our special guests, the World Famous Allentown Band. But we still have one more performance coming up, this time as the guests of the Allentown Band, at Allentown's Symphony Hall on Sunday, December 7. Please check our Schedule page for more details.

So although our Summer concert schedule was shorter than normal this year, it was another wonderful season that concluded sharing the stage with the World Famous Allentown Band for our Zoellner Concert at Lehigh University, and allowed us to perform once more under the baton of George Boyer when he joined us for the "Battle Hymn of the Republic".

Our first rehearsal for the 2008 season was held on May 28 when the choir first got to enjoy the directing of Clair Neamand. Photos from that rehearsal follow:

If you wish to host a Summer Harmony Concert during our next season in the Summer of  2009, please contact our "scheduler", Doug Helfrich, via email for more for details.

On Monday, July 21 the new Summer Harmony debuted at the new Coca-Cola Park to sing the National Anthem. Since the Phillies record is 6-1 when we sing for them, we were glad to get an Iron Pigs win in our first performance for them. Below are a few photos of our performance:

The photo below is from our December 2007 performance with the Allentown Band at Symphony Hall.
